Delivery Policy

All orders will be processed within 1–2 working days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

Delivery is handled by our logistics partner, MyParcelKing. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via your order details.

Customers may track their parcel status through the courier’s official tracking website using the provided tracking number.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
