At Meow Only Trading, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of delivery. All refund requests are subject to review and approval. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food and consumable products are not eligible for refunds, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

To request a refund, customers are required to contact us with their order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

General

Our refund policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Eligibility

Customers may open the product solely for inspection purposes to check for defects, damage, or incorrect items upon delivery.

Opening the product does not automatically disqualify a refund request, provided that the item has not been used, consumed, or altered in any way.

Products that have been used, consumed, or show signs of use remain non-refundable, except in cases where a defect or damage is confirmed upon arrival.

All such cases are subject to review and approval.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
